SECTARIAN APPROPRIATIONS – Proposes an amendment to the state constitution to repeal the prohibition on sectarian appropriations.

The purpose of this joint resolution is to repeal Article IX Section 5 of the Constitution of the State of Idaho (aka "The Blaine Amendment").
There is no estimated fiscal impact to the general fund. However, there's a rough estimated cost of $200,000 for the Secretary of State to publish proposed constitutional amendment and arguments as required by law.
