FOOD – Amends existing law to prohibit certain conduct regarding food that contains a vaccine or vaccine material and to provide an exception.

This legislation amends section 37-115 of Idaho Code by adding a section to prohibit certain conduct regarding food that contains a vaccine or vaccine material targeted toward a consumer of such food, and to provide labeling in certain instances.
This legislation will have no impact on the General Fund or any county or other governmental fund as it applies only as a new section and does not require any outlay of public funds.
