Debtors, increase home exemption
DEBTORS – Amends existing law to increase the value of the homestead that is exempt from debt collection.

This legislation adjusts the statutory homestead limits allowed for debtors to respond to inflation.
This legislation will not impact the General Fund because it only changes the statutory debtor limits.
