This is an FY 2023 supplemental appropriation bill for the Department of Commerce. It provides an additional appropriation of $124,100,000 for broadband infrastructure.

This bill provides an additional appropriation of $124,100,000 from the American Rescue Plan Act Capital Projects Fund to the Department of Commerce.
