APPROPRIATIONS – ATTORNEY GENERAL – Relates to the appropriation to the Attorney General for fiscal year 2023.

This is a FY 2023 supplemental appropriation bill for the Attorney General. It provides an additional $25,000 in onetime operating expenditures from the General Fund for transition costs associated with onboarding a new Attorney General; and $35,000 in ongoing personnel costs from the Idaho Millennium Income Fund for pay increases for employees working on tobacco arbitration matters.
