County proceedings, notice
LOCAL GOVERNMENT – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the publication of local government proceedings.

This proposal would amend 31-819 relating to county publishing requirements and allow for a financial summary in place of act and proceedings if the county meets certain requirements for publishing commission agendas and minutes.
There will be no fiscal impact to the general fund. Counties could see some savings in a reduction of staff time to prepare the monthly publication.
