COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY – Amends existing law to provide for the use of telecommunication, email, text message, and other forms of electronic communication.

This legislation amends section 18-6710 of Idaho Code to provide clarification and update the use of telecommunications that can be used to annoy, terrify, threaten, intimidate, harass, or offend.

This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government, nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government therefore the legislation had no fiscal impact.
