Incest, statute of limitations
TIME OF COMMENCING CRIMINAL ACTIONS – Amends existing law to provide that there shall be no statute of limitations for the crime of incest.

This legislation removes the statute of limitations from the crime of incest.
This legislation only extends the timeframe a charge of incest may be brought. Therefore there is no fiscal impact to the general fund.
