MANSLAUGHTER – Amends existing law to revise a penalty for vehicular manslaughter.

This legislation amends Section 18-4007, Idaho Code, by addition of a mandatory minimum sentence for an individual who has previously been found guilty of a violation of driving under the influence and is again found guilty of driving under the influence, along with vehicular manslaughter.
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government, nor does it cause an increase or decrease for state or local government. Therefore, this legislation has no fiscal impact.
