LEGISLATURE – Proposes an amendment to the state constitution to limit the length of any extraordinary or special session of the Legislature.

This Joint Resolution amends the Idaho Constitution to include the extraordinary sessions of the Idaho Legislature convened upon a written request of 60% each of the House and Senate membership under the same 20-day limit that has applied since statehood to all special sessions convened at the call of the Governor.
